Coverage is not in place until we have secured confirmation from an insurer accepting and binding your proposal. There is a possibility that we are unable to secure coverage in which case your credit card will not be charged and no coverage will be in place. There is also a possibility that the insurers require a premium that is more than five percent (5%) above the total premium estimated. In this case, you will have the ability but not the obligation to accept the higher premium and to proceed with having coverage bound.
Your coverage will remain in effect until the policy term expires or until you notify us in writing of cancellation. It may take up to five (5) business days to act on your cancellation request and termination will be effective within five (5) business days.
